We all know LeBron James is nearing the end of his career, as he's likely to at some point in the next few years.

We'll get more clarity on how long he'll be under contract for when he signs his next deal this summer, but we may have just received a major hint regarding his retirement timeline after some recent news came out.

NBA insider Kevin O'Connor reported that there are talks of a film crew following LeBron James next season.

Some sort of series or documentary would be made, and one can only assume this is being done for what could be his farewell tour.

There's no way, as of now, to guarantee next season is 100% his last year in the league, but if you connect the dots between this and him leaving the Lakers, it's a real possibility.

We don't know if we'd find out LeBron is playing his last season before it happens, or after it already happened, but this is certainly a strong indicator that people should prepare for the chance that it is.

James will turn 42 years old next season, and is about to play in his 24th season in the NBA.
