The Green Bay Packers have a history of winning, and they've won the Super Bowl four times. There are so many franchises who would love to say that but haven't even won once. We're looking at you, Detroit Lions.
But, in the NFL, you're only as good as your current roster. While quarterback Jordan Love has shown great promise, he hasn't been able to get his team over the finish line.
Will this year be any different? Looking at this team's offense, there are some concerns.
Packers' offensive line raises major concerns, NFL expert says
On Thursday, PFF unleashed its official 2026 NFL offensive line rankings ahead of the new season.
You may want to cover your eyes for this one. The Packers landed at No. 27 on this list. That's brutal. At least analyst Gordon McGuinness says that things could change, in a good way, as the season progresses.
"The Packers' offensive line could look far better by the end of the season, but right now, the only player I have confidence in having a strong season is right tackle Zach Bako-Bewele," he notes. "He has yet to produce a season with a PFF pass-blocking grade below 70.0, compiling PFF grades above 80.0 in each of the past two years."
McGuinness adds, "The other four starters have just one campaign with a PFF grade above 65.0 between them. The reality is that this group needs Jordan Morgan and Anthony Belton to take steps forward in their third and second years in the league, respectively."
So, it's a harsh take on this offense. It also shows why Love hasn't been able to deliver, but if Morgan and Belton do their thing, it could certainly change this line for the better.
