Canadian music fans, rejoice — the Ottawa Bluesfest returns this summer with another star-studded lineup and networking like you've never seen. The annual outdoor music festival, located in the downtown area of the nation's capital, continues to branch out to other genres as it grows in popularity. 

The festival once focused specifically on blues music, but it started to showcase pop, hip-hop, reggae, rock and EDM in recent years. One of the headliners this year, for example, is California-native punk band Green Day.

Of course, Hozier is the other headliner, and he encapsulates the blues to a tee. Other big-named artists include Canadian country queen Shania Twain and British rockers Def Leppard, among dozens of others.

Ottawa Bluesfest also prides itself on its networking power, with 100 big-screen TVs running thousands of ads for networking businesses and businesspeople and a VIP networking event during the nine-day festival.

Tickets for Ottawa Bluesfest 2025 are available now on StubHub. Tickets are selling fast, as this is a high-demand event.

As of late May, you could find nine-day passes for $346. One-day passes for July 10 start at around $100. Hozier plays on Friday, July 11, and only about 1 percent of the cheapest tickets for that day remain. They quickly jump up to $235 once that crop of cheap tickets sells out. 

Another popular ticket is for Sunday, with Def Leppard as well as Tom Morello of Rage Against the Machine. Tickets start at $96, but then quickly jump up to $117 and then $243 once those cheaper options sell.

Ottawa Bluesfest will take place from Thursday, July 10 through Sunday, July 20, nine full days of music, fun and networking. The festival takes place at LeBreton Flats Park in downtown Ottawa, Canada.
