Oswaldo Cabrera's 3-word message to Aaron Judge after scary injury

The New York Yankees got the 11-5 win on the road against the Seattle Mariners on Monday, but the scary injury to Oswaldo Cabrera is the only thing on their minds.

Cabrera was taken off the field in an ambulance after scoring in the top of the ninth inning. His ankle looked to twist the wrong way on the play, and he was immediately writhing in pain on the ground after scoring the run.

After the game, Yankees manager Aaron Boone said Cabrera was in the hospital and that everybody was "praying for our guy."

On top of that, Aaron Judge spoke about Cabrera in the locker room, and Judge revealed what Cabrera said to him after the injury.

"Did I score?" Cabrera asked Judge.

"He called me over and asked 'Did I score?' Kinda shows you the type of guy he is."

Judge also spoke highly about Cabrera, which has been a common theme for many in the New York clubhouse.

“Everybody in here feels terrible because you know how much he works, how hard he works, how much he loves and cares for everybody in this room,” Judge said.

Cabrera has played multiple positions with the Yankees and has been a class act and has earned rave reviews from his teammates and coaches as well.

And, as Judge showed, he just wanted to know if he scored the run, even after the terrifying injury.
