The acquisition reinforces Osmose’s commitment to helping utilities better evaluate the condition of their infrastructure and use assessment data to support informed asset management decisions. Through the acquisition of Alamon’s Utility Services business assets, Osmose will be able to leverage the combined expertise of both organizations.
