Orlando Magic vs Golden State Warriors Starting Lineups (Dec. 22) | 2025-26 NBA Season

The Orlando Magic and Golden State Warriors lock horns on Monday for the second and final time in the 2025-26 NBA regular season. In their previous meeting in Orlando on Nov. 18, the Magic won 121-113, thanks to a team effort as six players scored in double digits. Desmond Bane was their best player. He tallied 23 points, six rebounds and five assists.

On the other hand, Steph Curry's 34 points, Jimmy Butler's 33 and Draymond Green's 12 points, six assists and two blocks kept the Warriors in the hunt for a win, but their valiant effort didn't make a difference as the other team struggled to deliver. No other player on the Warriors scored 10 or more points as the Warriors slipped to their seventh loss.

Ahead of Monday's rematch, the Magic are 16-12 and coming off a 3-3 run, while the Warriors are 14-15, also 3-3 over their past six outings. It should be an exciting matchup as the teams seem evenly matched, given their season in a nutshell and available talent.

The Golden State Warriors are six-point favorites, mainly due to homecourt advantage and the Orlando Magic playing their third game in five days, two of which were on the road in Denver and Utah.

The Magic are dealing with several injuries ahead of this matchup, resulting in major starting lineup tweaks. Jalen Suggs is doubtful and likely to miss another game, while Tristan Da Silva is questionable. Mo Wagner and Franz Wagner will also remain sidelined.

Orlando could lean on the same rotation as Saturday's overtime win over Utah, in which they played a three-guard lineup of Desmond Bane, Tyus Jones and Anthony Black alongside Paolo Banchero and Wendell Carter Jr.
