Oppo's Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max went global recently, and the Find X10 Ultra was expected to follow in the first half of next year as the camera-focused top dog. Today, Digital Chat Station on Weibo says Oppo's Ultra project is on hold.
There's no reason given, but it's easy to guess that it all has to do with the insane memory prices which would have pushed the Find X10 Ultra to stratospheric levels, considering it was supposed to be a camera-centric flagship, and those cameras aren't cheap either.

According to past rumors, the Ultra was going to have a 200MP LOFIC main camera, dual periscope telephoto cameras including one with 10x optical zoom, and a square 100MP selfie snapper. Oppo was also recently said to be testing a Dimensity 9600 Pro version alongside Snapdragon, with Snapdragon still tipped as the likelier pick.
This wouldn't be the first Ultra to vanish from this generation's calendar - Xiaomi's 18 Ultra has already been reported cancelled. Interestingly, DCS today implied that the Xiaomi 18 Ultra was going to use the company's self-developed Xring O3 SoC. Anyway, if this pans out, the Find X10 Pro Max will remain Oppo's most powerful flagship for now.
