At MODEX Booth #B13704, OPEX will demonstrate its Infinity® automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) with Tote IO, and its Sure Sort® X with Xtract high-speed automated sortation and retrieval system. Also on display will be several variations of the company’s iBOT® robotic vehicles and the recently introduced Peltier Tote™ for cold and frozen storage.

Various OPEX iBOTs will be on exhibit, including the Infinity iBOT, which can carry payloads up to 90 pounds and has the capacity to access all inventory and port stations, moving freely underneath and throughout the system without any wasted mechanical motion. Also featured will be the Xtract iBOT, which moves in a loop that has both horizontal and vertical segments within a Sure Sort X aisle, and handles up to 200 extracted totes per hour.

Visitors can also view an iBOT configured to transport a Peltier Tote™ as part of a multi-temperature zone, multi-deep, automated storage and retrieval solution. Supplied by Peltier Technology Inc, the actively cooled, AI-enabled Peltier Tote is compatible with OPEX’s Infinity and Perfect Pick® AS/RS solutions, empowering customers in the grocery, pharmaceutical and life sciences markets to seamlessly store and retrieve chilled and frozen products, eliminating the need for costly freezer chambers or specialized infrastructure.
