"One More Time" - Beloved WWE Tag Team Sends Message After Finally Reuniting

Triple H has finally decided to reunite a beloved tag team in WWE after more than a year apart. The two stars finally worked together.

Last night, Penta and Rey Fenix reunited after more than a year apart

Since signing with WWE, despite being loved as wrestlers and a tag team, Penta and Rey Fenix had been kept apart by Triple H. As the head of Creative in WWE, he made all the decisions as to booking, and made them huge stars in their own right.

Penta and Fenix have both been treated as superstars, but they were on separate brands, never crossing paths or speaking to one another. While it was always known that the two would eventually cross paths in the ring again, there was no telling when that would happen. Now, it has finally happened. Dominik Mysterio and El Grande Americano teamed to defeat Vikingo and Dragon Lee at the AAA Alianzsas event on November 22. The match saw Vikingo leaving Lee.

However, it was what happened after that made the headlines. Mysterio decided to gloat about his victory, which led to Rey Fenix and Penta reuniting backstage and challenge Mysterio and Americano to a match.

Now, Rey Fenix have reacted to the two of them reuniting. He said that they were back together one more time. He also posted a picture of Goku and Vegeta walking hand in hand, indicating that they were both enemies and the best allies in times of need.

While they are reuniting now for only one match, this could easily become a big thing for the company soon.

The two stars would add some much-needed new blood to the tag team division. Should they beat Mysterio and Americano, they will become a fixture in AAA, and soon that could spill into WWE as well.
