Ohio State produces NFL-ready wide receivers.
Carnell Tate is the latest Buckeyes standout prepared to take the league by storm, and that starts with the 2026 NFL Draft.
The first round is Thursday night, and there's no doubt that Tate will be drafted in the opening round.
The only questions become when and where.

ESPN's Matt Miller sees a five-pick window for Tate to fall within.
"Tate's floor seems to be No. 8 overall, with the possibility he could go as early as No. 4," Miller writes.
Those picks, without trades, belong to the Titans at 4, Giants at 5, Browns at 6, Commanders at 7 and Saints at 8.
Of course, if another team liked Tate enough, they could trade into that sequence to try and snag him before another team does.
The Giants could go WR but seem to like Arizona State's Jordyn Tyson more.
The Browns will likely use one of their two first-round picks on a wideout, but they could do that at No. 24.

The Commanders and Saints also both seem like logical spots for Tate to end up.
"Tate is considered the 'cleanest' receiver prospect among some league personnel evaluators," writes ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, referring to the idea that Tate doesn't come with very much risk.
Tate will likely shine wherever he goes. By the end of Thursday, Buckeyes fans will know where to follow Tate's career next.
