New York City socialite and philanthropist Jean Shafiroff and her husband, investor Martin Shafiroff, are listing their home in Jupiter, Florida, for $17.2 million, Gimme Shelter has learned.

The property, on a coveted cul-de-sac at 107 Schooner Lane, sits on half an acre in the exclusive gated community of Admiral’s Cove — featuring water and golf course views. (The sale includes full golf membership.)

The couple have no intention of leaving the Sunshine State. Fixtures on the social scene, the Shafiroffs are moving nearby to Manalapan, where they’ve bought a $21 million home, as Gimme Shelter previously reported

Built in 2009, and thoroughly updated, the seven-bedroom, 11,200-square-foot residence has undergone significant renovations and is in turnkey condition. It’s offered fully furnished by a top interior designer.

The Jupiter home also comes with two of almost everything you’d ever need — even the dock comes with two boat slips.

There’s not one but two primary bedroom suites. There are also two elevators, and one of them goes straight to one of the main bedrooms for a “hotel-style” experience.

In addition, there are also two chef’s kitchens. Both come with a center island, two refrigerators, and plenty of room for cooking and entertaining.

And while there’s only one wine cellar, for serious collectors, the home also comes with two bars.

Other amenities include a home gym and a media room.

The listing brokers are Matthias Fretz and Danielle McCarroll, of Douglas Elliman.
