Just one game left in Round 2’s NBA Playoffs, and it’s a biggie, as the Denver Nuggets and Oklahoma City Thunder clash in Game 7.
We’re picking our favorite player props for this one, with the winner going on to face the Minnesota Timberwolves in the West Final.

NBA Player Prop Picks for May 1
Prop #1 Aaron Gordon Under 11.5 points (-105 at Bet365)
It’s a bummer if Aaron Gordon can’t go, bothered by a hamstring injury suffered late in Game 6 against the Thunder.
He’s been everything the Nuggets have needed to support Nikola Jokic and more: he defends the other team’s best wings, he’s been clutch shooting from deep, and he’s been a beast inside on both ends of the floor.
If Gordon is playing, I doubt he’ll be able to provide the impact Denver needs from him in a Game 7 in a hostile environment.
He’s coming off a series-low five points in Game 6, and I think his offensive struggles continue because of the most inopportune time to catch an injury.
Prop #2 Alex Caruso Over 8.5 points (-115 at Bet365)
There aren’t many on the OKC roster that can say they’ve been in the trenches en route to a title, but Alex Caruso can.
He’s been a steadying force for the Thunder of late, scoring at least 10 points in three straight games, and has topped his 8.5 scoring line in four of six games in the series.
Caruso is shooting 48% at home in the series, and his ability to defend makes him likely to stay on the court during crunch time.
In a winner-take-all scenario, Caruso should definitely have plenty of opportunities to contribute and (hopefully) top that gettable scoring line.
Prop #3 Nikola Jokic Over 29.5 points (-120 at Bet365)
Since believing that Nikola Jokic has been wearing the eff down after struggling to start the series, he’s made me believe again.
That’s why we’re taking his 29.5 scoring line Sunday and betting the Over.
Jokic just missed the over in Game 6, scoring 29 points, 14 rebounds, and eight assists, and he was the driving force to push OKC into a Game 7 (well, that and Julian Strawther being good).
After shooting under 38% for three straight games, the big man is shooting an absurd 26-for-39 from the field in the last two contests, a 66.7% clip.
He’s going to need that high-volume, high-accuracy to finish this series off in style, especially if Gordon can’t go.
