Nia Jax surprisingly pulls rising WWE star out of harm's way on SmackDown

A rising WWE star was in a dangerous situation on SmackDown. Nia Jax surprisingly pulled her out of harm's way.

The women's tag team division has been heating up in recent weeks ever since the Kabuki Warriors won the titles. Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair have made it clear that they want a rematch for the titles, while Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY are also trying to get a title shot. If that wasn't enough, Lash Legend and Nia Jax announced their intentions to compete for the titles.

Tonight on WWE SmackDown, Nia and Lash Legend competed against The Kabuki Warriors. Nia was able to get the win for her team. Following this, Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair came running down to the ring and attacked Nia and Lash. Bliss was about to hit her signature Twisted Bliss on Lash when Nia pulled her out of the ring. This was a surprising action from Nia since she is always known for being self-centered. However, tonight, she proved that she really cares about her tag team partner.

Chelsea Green is one of the most entertaining performers in the WWE. She manages to capture everyone's attention with her witty segments and promos. This has resulted in her becoming a fan favorite despite being a heel. She has earned the praise of her peers.

Nia Jax recently reacted to a clip of a recent Chelsea Green interview where the latter praised the Irresistible Force. Nia praised Chelsea's work ethic and called her a workhorse.

“🥹🩷 I love Chelsea! Our locker room WORKHORSE!! Doing all the media and working every single show: NXT, RAW, SD, AAA! She deserves all the props 🙌🏽” she wrote.

It will be interesting to see if Nia and Lash Legend will get a tag title shot after tonight's win.
