NFL world calls for Hall of Fame voters who snubbed Bill Belichick to be ‘exposed’

It might be time to get Pablo Torre on the case.

In the wake of Bill Belichick’s shocking Pro Football Hall of Fame snub Tuesday, members of the NFL community have railed against the unnamed voters who did not elect the eight-time Super Bowl winner to Canton on his first shot, with calls mounting for them to be “exposed.”

“Text from an NFL executive: ‘The 10+ people that didn’t vote for BB should be exposed. WTF. This is crazy,'” ESPN insider Adam Schefter posted Tuesday on X.

Elsewhere on the social media platform, Oliver Connolly of The Guardian rounded up a list of members on the Hall of Fame’s voting committee — which largely includes seasoned NFL reporters and notable figures in the sport, such as former coach Tony Dungy and ex-Colts exec Bill Polian — and called attention to those who voted yes for Belichick, 73, and those in the “no camp,” who “haven’t spoken or only discussed the process.”

Polian, who served as general manager of the Colts from 1998-2009 before transitioning to team president from 2009-11, is currently under fire as claims of sabotage against Belichick continue to fly.

ESPN reported Tuesday how Polian allegedly “told some voters he believed Belichick should ‘wait a year’ before induction as penance for Spygate,” a controversy that engulfed the Patriots in 2007 when it was uncovered that the team captured the signals conveyed by their opponents.

New England was docked a first-round draft pick and fined $250,000. Belchick was also slapped with a $500,000 fine.

Polian, 83, pushed back on the accusations Tuesday, stating he voted for Belichick, before that 100 percent certainty dipped slightly.

Belichick, who helped forge a dynasty in New England by winning six Super Bowls alongside Tom Brady, did not receive 40 of the 50 votes needed to secure his spot in football immortality.

The current UNC football coach was said to be “puzzled” and “disappointed” over the ruling.

Patrick Mahomes, J.J. Watt and Jimmy Johnson were among those shellshocked by the vote.

“I would like to know the names of the a—–s who did not vote for him..they are too cowardly to identify themselves…,” Johnson wrote Tuesday on X.

It was even suggested on X to bring in specific reinforcements to get to the bottom of the mess.

“Bill Belichick and Jordon Hudson team up with Pablo Torre to out the people who didn’t vote for him,” @knicks_tape99 posted of Belichick’s 24-year-old girlfriend and the ex-ESPNer, who has orchestrated deep dives into the couple.

Torre replied, “Our hotline is 513-85-PABLO.”
