When Aaron Rodgers takes the field for the Pittsburgh Steelers against the Green Bay Packers, he will be facing his former team for the first time.
Rodgers left the Packers in 2023 as one of the best players in franchise history, but since then, he hasn't gotten the opportunity to play against Green Bay. Although Rodgers has already said he plans to retire as a Packer one day, he surely would like to beat his former team.
If he can pull off the win, Rodgers would accomplish the feat of beating all 32 teams in the NFL. Understandably, the future Hall-of-Famer has only the Packers on the list of teams he hasn't beaten yet.
A win means Rodgers would join a very exclusive list of players who have beaten every NFL team. Here's a look at who Rodgers is looking to join.

NFL QBs to beat all 32 teams
- Tom Brady
- Drew Brees
- Brett Favre
- Peyton Manning
Since 2002, when the Houston Texans played their inaugural season, four quarterbacks have beaten all 32 teams in the NFL. Tom Brady, Drew Brees, Brett Favre and Peyton Manning are all hall-of-famers, or future hall-of-famers, who played on multiple teams and were able to collect wins against every NFL organization.

NFL QBs who have beaten 31 teams
| Quarterback | Team not beaten |
| Aaron Rodgers | Green Bay Packers |
| Patrick Mahomes | Kansas City Chiefs |
| Matthew Stafford | Pittsburgh Steelers |
| Russell Wilson | Seattle Seahawks |
| Ben Roethlisberger | Pittsburgh Steelers |
| Alex Smith | Kansas City Chiefs |
| Kerry Collins | Miami Dolphins |
As expected, many of the quarterbacks who have beaten all but one team simply haven't beaten the team for whom they played a long time. Patrick Mahomes has only played for the Kansas City Chiefs in his career, while Ben Roethlisberger never played for anyone else besides the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Russell Wilson lost to the Seattle Seahawks in his first game as the Denver Broncos quarterback, and he hasn't gotten a second chance since. Alex Smith never beat the Chiefs before he joined Kansas City for the 2013 season, and he never beat them after he left in 2018.
Surprisingly, Matthew Stafford has beaten the Detroit Lions and Los Angeles Rams, but doesn't have a win against the Steelers. Additionally, Collins played for six NFL teams, none of whom beat the Miami Dolphins while he was the starting quarterback.

| Tom Brady | 32 |
| Drew Brees | 32 |
| Brett Favre | 32 |
| Peyton Manning | 32 |
| Joe Montana | 28 |
| Fran Tarkenton | 28 |
While Tom Brady, Drew Brees, Brett Favre and Peyton Manning have beaten all 32 NFL franchises, there are two quarterbacks who beat every team they could before expansion occurred.
Joe Monrana and Fran Tarkenton both beat all 28 NFL teams in existence when they were active players. Montana retired in 1995, and Tarkenton after the 1978 season, which was before the NFL added four new expansion teams.
In 1995, the first year without Montana, the Carolina Panthers and Jacksonville Jaguars played their inaugural seasons. In 1999, the new Cleveland Browns were added to the NFL after the old version became the Baltimore Ravens, and the Houston Texans became the NFL's youngest team in 2002.
