The Las Vegas Raiders and Arizona Cardinals are the last two teams standing in the head-coach market.
There were a whopping 10 head-coach vacancies in total this offseason, and the Raiders and Cardinals jobs were among the first to open up.
However, Arizona and Las Vegas have yet to hire their guys in a search that could now extend into February.
Sports Illustrated's Conor Orr has made his prediction for both teams, and he believes the Raiders will hire Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak and the Cardinals will land Los Angeles Rams offensive coordinator Mike LaFleur.
Fellow NFL insider Albert Breer agrees with those predictions.
“If I was a betting man, and I'm not, that we're going to see Klint Kubiak in Las Vegas and we’re gonna see Mike LaFleur in Arizona," Orr said.
"I think that's a realistic scenario that could very well play out," Breer said in response.
Both the Cardinals and Raiders are vying for Kubiak, as both teams are expected to bring him in for a second interview this weekend.
But Essentially Sports' Tony Pauline reports that Kubiak is unlikely to take the Cardinals job, while he gives the Raiders a 60-40 chance to land Kubiak.
If Kubiak falls through for the Cardinals, LaFleur is certainly a possibility given the fact that he's a finalist for the job after getting a second interview.
As for the Raiders, the only other finalist they appear to have currently is Carolina Panthers defensive coordinator Ejiro Evero, who is the only remaining Raiders candidate who has been brought in for a second interview.
