The Buffalo Bills suffered a disappointing 13-12 loss against the Philadelphia Eagles in their Week 17 clash. During the game, reigning NFL MVP Josh Allen sustained an injury scare.
Allen, who entered the Week 17 game with an injured right foot, reaggravated the injury after the Bills quarterback was sacked by Eagles defensive tackle Jalen Carter in the second quarter.
Following the game, Allen said the foot injury had "zero" impact on his game and was "good." The Bills quarterback was taken to the X-ray room and the tests came back negative, though coach Sean McDermott confirmed Allen's foot was sore after the game.

"They're in the postseason, but that foot has to be right?" Graziano said. "I'm not one who advocates for sitting down players that are healthy in week 18. "He's not, and I think the Bills should seriously consider holding him out of this last game as much as he'll want to play to keep the streak alive, as much as he'll want to play the last game in that stadium, etc, ... they could adjust their seed and they could be the five or the six or seven, but ultimately, that's not as important as having a fully healthy Josh Allen for the playoffs."The Bills have a decision to make if they want to risk Allen's injury for the final game of the season or preserve him for the postseason.
Bills add former wide receiver Mecole Hardman despite Josh Allen's injury
Amid Josh Allen's injury concerns, the Bills are expected to add another quarterback to the depth chart. However, Buffalo re-signed wide receiver Mecole Hardman this week, trusting Allen and his backup, Mitch Trubisky, heading into the final week of the season.
Allen's injury and his availability for their Week 18 clash against a struggling New York Jets could have potential Super Bowl ramifications and it would be interesting to see how the Bills move ahead for the season finale.
