Lucknow in northern India is hoping to attract tourists from around the world now that it was named a Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO. Lucknow, which is known locally for its kebabs, rice dishes and breads, is only the second Indian city, after Hyderabad, to receive the honor, which was bestowed upon over 400 cities in more than 100 countries.
