It was pushed to the edge! A cliff near Sydney was forced to temporarily shutter due to a photo of it that went viral.

In 2023, K-pop star Jennie Kim of the group Blackpink, who has more than 80 million Instagram followers, posted a picture from the edge of Lincoln’s Rock, overlooking the Blue Mountains, that racked up millions of views.

Ever since, the site has been overcrowded with 2,000 tourists a day, sparking safety and environmental concerns.

The cliff will be closed for three months until officials can find an effective plan to manage the overtourism.

Regina Martínez made Olympic history as the first female cross-country skier from Mexico. The 33-year-old, a native of Mexico City, is an emergency room doctor in Miami.

She started skiing in her late 20s while studying medicine at the University of Minnesota.

“I hope this can serve as an example for everyone watching,” she told Claro Sports after her final race at Milano Cortina on Thursday.

“Always fight for your dreams, believe in yourselves, know that nothing is impossible, and yes, let this serve as an example.”

They really overbooked themselves. Best friends traveled around New Delhi to earn the Guinness World Records title of most libraries visited in 24 hours.

Sujoy Kumar Mitra and Prateek Choraria checked out 42 libraries to accomplish the impressive feat.

“It took 60 days to meet librarians, submit request letters for approval and wait for the official approval from authorities,” Sujoy told the record book.

“This was a tough record to attempt as we can’t just buy a ticket and enter the establishment — without proper approvals, security wouldn’t entertain us.”
