Klay Thompson's girlfriend, Megan Thee Stallion, is manifesting a big dream. On Tuesday, the rapper spoke to "US Weekly" while promoting her Fanatics Sportsbook’s "Explained by Megan Thee Stallion" series.

During one segment of the interview, Stallion revealed that she wants to headline the Super Bowl halftime show sometime in the future.

"I’m manifesting a Super Bowl halftime performance for myself in the future,” she said. “Honestly, I would really love the opportunity if it presented itself and I would embrace the challenge. The Hotties know I love to put on a show, so I would just want to turn the halftime show into a big party, come with some surprises and put on for my city."

On Wednesday, a pop-culture media outlet shared the news on its Instagram account. The fans flooded the post's comment section with their verdict on Stallion's aspirations.

"Need a better catalog first 👏 but I’m sure she’d give a show," one fan said. "a female rapper headlining would be cool tho fr," another fan said. Some fans were opposed to the idea of Megan Thee Stallion performing on one of the biggest television shows, as they felt the rapper's catalog was not suited for it.

"I love meg. But no. Absolutely not. She doesn’t have one song that isn’t sexual," one fan said. "Hard pass. Don't wanna see twerking for 12 mins, and her catalog lacks substance," another fan said. "Nah we good fam don’t need a twerkfest performance," another fan said.

On Saturday, Stallion shared a video on her Instagram account where Thompson is seen apologizing to his girlfriend for being late to pick her up at the airport. The Mavs star came prepared with a rose bouquet as an apology token.

Thompson apologised to the rapper as the two celebrities entered the car.

"I'm sorry I was late babe.. 'm sorry," Thompson said. "I thought I timed it well, there's no excuse."
