Expansion sure seems to be coming to the NBA.
The league will most likely add two teams when it happens, with Las Vegas and Seattle on the docket.
And if it indeed comes to pass, a team is going to have to move from the Western Conference to Eastern Conference -- because both of those new franchises would definitely fall in the West.
The team most likely? It sounds like it's the Minnesota Timberwolves.
This is what inside Brett Siegel reported on Wednesday:
Although Adam Silver did not specify anything about a team moving from the Western Conference to the Eastern Conference amid potential expansion to Las Vegas and Seattle, the conversation I've had with multiple league personnel is that the Minnesota Timberwolves are the likliest.

There are really two main candidates: the Timberwolves and the Memphis Grizzlies.
There's a super logical divisional setup for the Timberwolves (depending on how it's rearranged), with teams like the Chicago Bulls, Detroit Pistons and Milwaukee Bucks not that far away.
They've never been in the East before, having joined into the West when they themselves were an expansion team.
At this point, though, it could be a fascinating time to move from West (with OKC and Wemby) to the East (with neither of those powerhouses).
Anthony Edwards might make the NBA Finals more often if he gets to play part of his prime in the Eastern Conference.
Definitely stay tuned to this move, because it could be a big one down the road.
