Nadaka Yoshinari understood that to be the best striker in the world, he must master every facet of the game.

While the Japanese superstar admits perfection is an unattainable dream, he’s doing everything he can to come close to it. Nadaka has his favorite go-to moves, but he meticulously polishes all his tools in training.

After all, he’s competing at the highest levels of ‘The Art of Eight Limbs’ and wants to do the sport justice.

The Eiwa Sports Gym affiliate told ONE Championship in a recent interview:

“My ideal fighting style is one where I can do everything – kicks, punches, clinching, elbows, knees, anything. That’s my ultimate goal for my fighting style. Now, I’m incorporating boxing training thoroughly to [complete my arsenal]."

Nadaka has displayed a varying set of skills in his perfect 3-0 run in the world's largest martial arts organization.

The former Lumpinee Stadium and Rajadamnern Stadium world titleholder possesses devilish speed and accuracy, paired with prodigious talents in the art of bashing skulls.

At ONE 173: Superbon vs. Noiri, Nadaka targets his biggest conquest yet against Numsurin Chor Ketwina for the inaugural ONE atomweight Muay Thai crown.

This massive spectacle will feature five world title bouts on Nov. 16 at Ariake Arena in Tokyo, Japan.

Nadaka recalls the moment he took combat sports seriously

Nadaka's prodigious skills have made him one of the most exciting fighters to watch.

However, the 24-year-old revealed that he wasn't always as dedicated to the sport as he is now.

“I had this lax attitude like, 'Well, I'll just practice at night, right?' So, I think it was precisely because I went through that period where things weren't going well that I started practicing diligently both morning and night. That was a big factor," he told ONE Championship.
