Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels suffered a gruesome elbow injury during his team's 38-14 loss to the Washington Commanders in Week 9 on Sunday night. Daniels' injury occurred in the fourth quarter, and he needed to be helped off the field at Northwest Stadium.

Following' Daniels' freak injury, analyst Robert Griffin III uploaded a 31-second video of himself on X, but remained speechless for most of it while looking dejected.

"I can't do this," Griffin said toward the end of the clip before he turned off the video.

However, some fans on social media slammed Griffin for his rather cryptic post.

"You are the weirdest person in sports media," another added. "This is such weird attention seeking, interaction seeking behavior. He went into the app, into the camera and hit record with a straight face and then started doing ts," a third commented.

Daniel snapped his left arm add an odd angle on a hip-drop tackle. The Washington QB had completed 16 of 22 passes for 153 yards and an interception before exiting. After being tended to by the medical team, Daniels walked to the locker room with a black air cast on his left elbow.

The Commanders confirmed that Jayden Daniels dislocated his elbow in the matchup against the Seahawks. Initial reports have claimed that the injury is not as bad as it seems, but the QB is still expected to miss several weeks.

Daniels is in his second year with the Commanders. He was named the Offensive Rookie of the Year last season.

This season, Daniels has recorded 1,184 passing yards, eight touchdowns and two interceptions. He has also rushed for 262 yards and two TDs across six games.
