2 hours ago 7

The Minnesota Lynx took a rare loss on Friday, but they responded with a statement win over the Wings on Sunday on the back of a history-making performance by Kayla McBride.

McBride starred even with Napheesa Collier back in the fold and Olivia Miles on the court, setting a new record for most 3-pointers in a single game with 10. McBride finished with 43 points, shooting a lethal 16-of-21 from the field.

The veteran's explosion from beyond the arc knocked down the door of a record numerous players had tied in recent years, putting her on a mantle all by herself in WNBA history.

Here's a look at McBride's performance and how her 10 3-pointers compare to the previous record.
