Moses Itauma is aiming for a slice of heavyweight history when he takes on Filip Hrgovic for the vacant IBF heavyweight title in London.

At 21 years and 244 days old, Itauma would become the second-youngest heavyweight champion of all time behind Mike Tyson if he can get the job done against Croatian hero Hrgovic.

Itauma was an unbeaten and prodigious amateur and has progressed flawlessly as a pro to a record of 14-0 with 12 knockouts.

The 34-year-old Hrgovic (20-1, 15 KOs) is banking on his greater experience bringing his longer bid for the a spot at the heavyweight summit to fruition. He has frequently dismissed Itauma as a "kid" during the build-up.

Those attempts to get under Itauma's skin boiled over during Friday's weigh-in at Spitalfields Market, when the youngster shoved Hrgovic off the stage and received a slap in response.

The ensuing scuffle was pure boxing pantomime but served to whet the appetite for a night when a new king will be crowned at the O2 Arena.
