Moped-riding goons shoot NYC teen dead outside his home: cops

An 18-year-old man was shot dead by a group of scooter-riding goons outside a Queens public housing building on Sunday morning, police said.

Jafre Waugh was standing in front of his home at NYCHA’s Woodside Houses when four men rode up and opened fire, blasting him in the chest and back on 49th Street near 31st Avenue in Woodside around 12:15 a.m., according to cops.

EMTs rushed Waugh to NYC Health and Hospitals/Elmhurst where he died. 

The group drove off and have yet to be caught as of Sunday afternoon. 

Five bullet casings were found at the scene, according to the NYPD.
