Moment perv gropes woman in California Target as cops launch manhunt

Cops are hunting for an accused pervert caught on camera groping a woman in an Orange County Target store.

Surveillance video shows the victim pushing her young daughter in a shopping cart inside the Santa Ana store on 17th Street last month when the suspect walks past and grabs her buttocks.

“As the suspect continued walking, he grabbed his groin over his shorts while staring at the victim,” Santa Ana Police Department said of the July 22 incident in a social media post.

Cops described the suspect as standing 6-foot-1 and weighing around 200 pounds. He has black hair and a black goatee. At the time of the alleged crime, he was wearing a black shirt bearing a car logo and black shorts.

The Santa Ana attack follows another disturbing incident in Los Angeles County that took place on April 19 inside a Vallarta Supermarket in the Winnetka area.

The victim, identified only as Monica, said a groper approached her claiming there was a bug on her back and offered to remove it. Instead, he began touching her inappropriately, she said.

“You feel so violated, and it’s like invading your personal space,” the woman said at the time. “You’re trying to process what is happening to you at that moment.”
