A mom of four who moved to the US chasing the American dream has been found dead in a Pennsylvania dumpster — with her “disinterested” husband busted for her murder, according to her family and officials.

Ecuador native Lucrecia Jadan Sumba — who moved to New Jersey “looking for a better future for her family” in 2021 — was reported missing last Thursday after failing to show up for work at Princess Nails in Elizabeth, according to a family fundraiser.

The 39-year-old mom’s body was found Saturday in a dumpster in Coopersburg, Pa., officials said. She died of “sharp force injuries,” a spokesperson for the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office told The Post.

Her husband, Rolando Corte, 42, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder, according to the Union County Prosecutor’s Office.

Despite having been with Sumba for 23 years — since the mom was a teen — Corte allegedly “seemed very disinterested of her whereabouts” when her co-workers panicked about her failing to show for work, the family’s fundraiser said.

Sumba’s boss joined one of the then-missing mom’s kids, 18-year-old Danny, in reporting her missing on Thursday, the day she first failed to show for work after a day off.

Cops then came to the home where they interviewed relatives living there — and “notified the family that the house was a crime scene, and they were not allowed to stay there until investigations were over,” the fundraiser said.

Sumba and her husband were together over 23 years and shared four children. GoFundMe

“Her children, her family and close friends along with her boss and co-workers were very confused and not understanding what was happening,” the fundraiser said. It was not immediately clear why or how the mom was killed.

As well as Danny, Sumba had three other kids — Leonel, 21, Christian, 19, and 5-year-old Eidan Corte.

Christian still lives in Ecuador, where he and his mom’s parents, Jadan and Rosario Sumba, hope to fly her body for an “honorable funeral,” the fundraiser said.

Sumba was working toward earning her GED, her family said in a GoFundMe. GoFundMe

The mom “started to migrate” to the US in October 2021 “looking for a better future for her family,” her fundraiser said. “She first started working cleaning houses and as a babysitter,” before working at the nail salon and working toward earning a GED, it added.

“She started working very hard in collecting the funds to bring her children one by one,” it said.

“Lucrecia Elizabeth has been known to be a hardworking lovely and caring mother, a great coworker, very responsible and always bringing a smile to all around her.

“She was also known as “La Tia” in her workplace, where not only her coworkers would call her that but also her clients when referring to her in a lovely way.”
