Brodsky brings more than 35 years of HR leadership experience from one of the world’s most respected financial institutions. During his tenure at Morgan Stanley, he held multiple senior leadership roles, ultimately serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. He also co-chaired the firm’s Culture, Values, and Conduct Committee, where he played a central role in shaping Morgan Stanley’s global people strategy, leadership development, and talent culture through periods of significant transformation and growth.

Throughout his career, Brodsky led HR for many of Morgan Stanley’s core business divisions, including Global Wealth Management, Investment Management, and Corporate Functions, and also oversaw global compensation and benefits, talent management, and HR operations, helping the firm attract, develop, and retain top talent across all geographies.
