The Los Angeles Dodgers are showing no signs of slowing down despite winning consecutive World Series titles after defeating the Toronto Blue Jays in this year's Fall Classic.
The Dodgers signed three-time All-Star closer Edwin Diaz in free agency earlier this month and have reportedly turned their attention to strengthening the outfield in the offseason.
According to MLB.com’s Mark Feinsand, the two-time defending champions are showing interest in signing All-Star outfielder Kyle Tucker to shore up their outfield options.

However, the Dodgers face stiff competition for the four-time All-Star as the New York Yankees, New York Mets and Toronto Blue Jays are all in the mix for Tucker this offseason.
Tucker is also projected to command a lucrative 11-year deal worth around $418 million in a potential deferred contract, per ESPN's Jesse Rogers.
Meanwhile, the San Francisco Giants are looking to bolster their infield ahead of the 2026 and are reportedly on the lookout for Chicago Cubs star Nico Hoerner. According to Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle, the Giants are looking to inject more power at second base, a position Hoerner can occupy.
Hoerner has won two Gold Gloves at second base since transitioning from shortstop in 2023. The Giants have reportedly checked in on the Cubs infielder, who is heading into the final year of his contract in Chicago.
Dodgers facing stiff competition from Blue Jays for coveted outfielder Kyle Tucker's signature in free agency
Kyle Tucker hit .266/.377/.464 with 22 home runs and 73 RBI despite missing a considerable chunk of the season due to a finger injury. The four-time All-Star visited the Blue Jays' spring training facility in Dunedin earlier this month, making Toronto one of the favorites to land the coveted outfielder.
However, two weeks after his visit, Tucker has yet to receive an offer in free agency, though the Blue Jays are still considered favorites by MLB insider Bob Nightengale and former general manager Jim Bowden.
