She was born with it — but there’s also Maybelline.
When her campaign first dropped, the megastar shared that her go-to lip color for performing is the brand’s long-wearing Super Stay Vinyl Ink Liquid Lipcolor, which happens to be on sale for under $11 right now.

MaybellineThe liquid lipstick, which has over 48,000 five-star reviews on Amazon, comes in a gorgeous range of shades, from neutrals and nudes to red and deep hues — and promises 16-hour wear without smudging.
“Vinyl Ink is a very important part of my performance because I have had lipstick disasters,” Cyrus quipped last year of the product, saying that her old lipstick would end up everywhere but her lips while she was on stage.

However, for her “Hannah Montana” premiere this week, she opted for the brand’s latest formula — Serum Lipstick in the color Upstate, a cool brown satin hue (which is also on sale).

Of course, you can’t forget mascara.
“No matter what, I’m going to have on mascara and a lip,” Cyrus said in a clip last year when her partnership was announced.
