The San Francisco 49ers have an injury concern with wide receiver Mike Evans in the Week 3 game against the Arizona Cardinals.

Evans came up hobbled after a play in the second quarter and left the field.

UPDATE: Evans is now being carted off the sideline, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. That is obviously not a good sign for his chances of returning.
