NBA fans will be seeing plenty more of Michael Jordan this fall.
The NBA legend, 62, is joining NBC’s coverage of the league as a special correspondent, the network revealed Monday.
Jordan, a six-time NBA champion with the Chicago Bulls, expressed excitement about his new role in a video during the NBC upfronts in New York, according to Deadline.

“I am excited about being a special contributor. … Looking forward to seeing you all when the NBA on NBC launches this fall,” he said.
The addition of Jordan comes days after NBC revealed Carmelo Anthony is joining the ranks as an in-studio analyst.
The NBA announced a new 11-year media rights agreement with NBC last summer that would begin with the 2025-26 season.
Jordan played 15 seasons in the league.
