Michael Brennan officially accepted the PGA Tour membership just days after his maiden win. This was Brennan’s first victory in his third PGA Tour start, and after clinching the cup at the Black Desert Championship, the golfer also made his way into the PGA Tour.
As a part of his PGA Tour membership benefits, Brennan is exempt through the 2027 PGA Tour season, and has earned 500 FedEx points from his latest PGA Tour victory. He is exempt from tournaments like the PLAYERS Championship, RBC Heritage, and PGA Championship in the 2026 season.
At the Bank of Utah Championship, Brennan finished in first place after scoring 22 under in total. He fired 67 in the opening round of the tournament with two birdies on the front nine and four birdies on the back nine. He followed it up with 65 in the second round, with five birdies in total and one eagle.
The third round of the event saw Michael Brennan firing 64 with two birdies on the front nine and five birdies on the back nine. The fourth round saw 66 with seven birdies in total.

Michael Brennan opened up on his success at the Bank of Utah Championship during an interview at the Black Desert Golf Course. Brennan told the PGA Tour that he felt amazing after the victory and mentioned that he drew inspiration from his family, friends, and caddie. His words were:
“It feels amazing. I get that belief from my family and friends, my team. I mean, Jeff Kirkpatrick, my caddie, believes in me I think more than anyone, maybe other than my parents. He told me ever since we played a great year, ‘We're not going to the Korn Ferry Tour.’ Whether it was, I don't know, through something like this or Q-School. I can't believe he's right.”Michael Brennan continued that after the recent PGA Tour win, he was able to focus on his game better. He added that the technical aspects of his game had become more polished.
“A lot of mental maybe fortitude or focus has gotten a lot better. Definitely been some technical things that have improved a lot around the green and on the green. I think that showed this week. Feel like I was pretty good around the greens.
