The Miami Heat are wrapping up their current two-game road trip on November 23 as they visit the Philadelphia 76ers. Sunday's clash at the Xfinity Mobile Arena will be the first of three regular-season meetings between the two Eastern Conference rivals.

Both teams have followed a fairly similar storyline this season. Miami has dropped six of its first sixteen games, while Philadelphia has also suffered six losses, although in only fifteen games.

Injuries have been a major challenge for both sides as well. The Heat have been without Tyler Herro since the start of the season. Meanwhile, the 76ers have spent most of the year missing both Paul George and Joel Embiid, who have appeared in only six and two games, respectively.

They are each heading into Sunday’s contest on a high note, clinching wins in their most recent outings. Philadelphia prevailed 123-114 in overtime against the Milwaukee Bucks, where Tyrese Maxey exploded for a 54-point masterpiece. VJ Edgecombe chipped in with an impressive 12-point, 10-rebound double-double.
