Oscars 2025 Best Dressed: Cynthia Erivo, Zoë Saldaña & More Red Carpet Looks
Megan Thee Stallion is one savage food critic.
In fact, the "Hot Girl Summer" rapper did not hold back on her thoughts about the dishes served at the 2025 Met Gala, giving an honest review of what she ate in real-time alongside fellow party-goers Doechii and Angel Reese.
"Cornbread and caviar," she shared in a May 5 TikTok video, filming herself as the trio tried the appetizer. "It was good."
But not everything got her seal of approval. Though Megan loved the mini lobster rolls and the hamachi with carrots and avocado, she wasn't a huge fan of the vegan lox, noting, "It's funny looking."
As for Doechii and Angel? The "Anxiety" singer said "no" to truffle cheese, while Chicago Sky player thought the chicken curry pastries were "a little dry."
Still, that didn't ruin their night, with Megan continuing to happily film herself maneuvering through the crowds of celebrities at the event.
"We're not supposed to have our phones," she quipped, prompting a giggle from Tracee Elli Ross as the passed by each other. "But, we're doing it!"
Megan continued when taking a selfie with Cynthia Erivo, "I snuck the phone inside."

Indeed, Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour is not fond of Met Gala guests using phones inside the exclusive bash. As she put it last year to Today, "It's often wonderful to hear, after dinner, people say, 'Oh we had the most wonderful conversations.'"
She continued, "So that's the idea, that life can exist without a picture on your cell phone."
Likewise, Anna is strict about the food served at the Met Gala, which she's helmed since 1999. After all, she's banned chives, onions and garlic from all meals served at the bash.
Why? "Well," she explained, "those are three things I’m not particularly fond of."
