Mercedes Mone makes interesting demand following historic 13th title win

Mercedes Mone recently won her 13th championship in pro wrestling, and following that victory, the CEO has made an intriguing demand.

Mercedes Mone is currently making history in the wrestling industry. Over the past two months, the former Sasha Banks became the longest-reigning TBS champion in AEW history, broke Ultimo Dragon's record by holding more than 10 titles at once, was ranked No. 1 in PWI's top 250 women's wrestlers, and won the first-ever Women's Blood and Guts match on the latest Dynamite episode. Last Saturday, the CEO added a 13th title to her collection by defeating Nor "Phoenix" Diana for her APAC Women's Championship at the House of Glory Superclash. On the back of that win, Mone has now made an intriguing demand to APAC wrestling.

Taking to X, Mone tagged APAC Wrestling's official handle and asked the promotion to change their banner on the platform to include her as their new women's champion.

"Change your banner NOW! I’m the CEO of @APACWrestling 🤑🤑🤑," Mone wrote on X

What's next for Mercedes Mone in AEW?

Mercedes Mone may be at the top of her business right now, but the train doesn't stop for the CEO, as it was revealed on the latest episode of Collision that she will have another title match. On the show, it was confirmed that Mone will face Red Velvet in an ROH Women's World Television Championship unification match at the 3-hour special Dynamite+Collision show next Wednesday.

The CEO is the interim ROH Women's World TV champion, while Velvet was the original champion. Therefore, this match will decide who the real champion is and claim the title. Moreover, the reigning TBS champion is also scheduled to challenge Kris Statlander for the AEW Women's World Championship at Full Gear 2025 on November 22. If all goes well, the CEO could end November with an unprecedented 14 titles.
