Meghan Markle is giving insight into the future of her Netflix series.

During a speaking engagement at Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Summit in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday, the Duchess of Sussex, 44, teased the release of an upcoming “holiday special” — but stopped short of confirming that “With Love, Meghan” will return for Season 3.

“The holiday special is coming out in November,” she shared. “And it’s a really good one. So I think looking at that format, again, with a year of learns, we’re able to say eight episodes for two seasons, it’s a lot of work.”

“And having done ‘Suits’ for seven years, I remembered what goes into a production,” the former actress added.

Markle’s lifestyle TV series, which she hosted and executive produced, was filmed in Montecito, California, and featured several celebrity guests like Mindy Kaling and Chrissy Teigen.

The first season of “With Love, Meghan” came out March 4 and got brutal reviews. Season 2, which came out on Aug. 26. was also trashed by critics and failed to crack the streamer’s top 10 list.

“I also recognize how much people want content in different sizes,” Markle continued at the event. “So part of what we’re testing out now is: It’s amazing to be able to sit and watch a show for 30 minutes, but how can I give you a recipe in two minutes and where can I share that with you and how that continues to grow As Ever? So exploring all the options of what it could look like.”

Markle and Prince Harry, 41, initially signed a $100 million agreement with Netflix in 2020. The couple extended their deal with the streamer in August, but the new partnership is reportedly worth significantly less than the original deal.

“My husband and I were in an overall deal with Netflix then, not dissimilar to Higher Ground and the Obamas’ deal, once that had come to its term, the extension of it — which was such an incredible sign of the strength of our partnership — was now being in a first-look deal,” Markle explained at the summit.

“Which is also exciting because it gives us flexibility to go to our partners first, then at the same time, shop content that might not be the right fit for Netflix, but has a home somewhere else,” she aded. “So for our non-scripted team and our scripted team, we’ve been doing a lot of content development that can meet different rooms.”

Under their first deal with Netflix, the Sussexes released multiple projects including their 2022 docuseries “Harry & Meghan” and Harry’s “Polo” doc, which received an awful reception from critics when it dropped in Dec. 2024.

When announcing their new Netflix agreement over the summer, the couple confirmed the upcoming release of “With Love, Meghan: Holiday Celebration,” as well as a documentary about orphaned children in Uganda called “Masaka Kids, A Rhythm Within.”
