Matt Fitzpatrick has quietly become one of the most consistent golfers in the world.

The Englishman has now played in every major since 2016, and he only has seven missed cuts in that span. While he does not have a ton of top 10 finishes, Fitzpatrick seems to always find himself with a chance to make a run over the weekend at majors.

The U.S. Open represents Fitzpatrick's best major, culminating in his lone major victory at The Country Club in 2022. The Englishman was coming off a strong showing at the PGA Championship a month prior, and he beat some of the sport's best at the historic course.
