One of the biggest highlights is the arrival of a new Strategist hero in the roster, Gambit. Additionally, there's a new map, Battle Pass, and various balance changes being introduced to the game. For those wondering, Marvel Rivals Season 5 update will arrive on November 14, 2025, at 4 am Eastern Time.

The leaks regarding the Season 5 hero roster were true, as Gambit is actually being added to the game, possibly being followed by the addition of Rogue during the mid-season update. Additionally, the official patch notes reveal that the list of free skins under the College Perks program has been updated as well. There's also a new Battle Pass and some new hero skins will also be added to the shop.
As mentioned before, Marvel Rivals Season 5 will go live on November 14, 2025, at 4 am Eastern Time. Similar to previous major updates, players can expect a server downtime of around two hours before the update is playable.
