Married Nashville cop filmed herself having sex with lover inside middle school — with students just steps away

A married Tennessee police officer filmed herself having sex with a fellow cop inside the middle school where she worked – while students and staff were just outside her office, a stunning investigation has revealed. 

Lisa Vidrios resigned from the Metro Nashville Police Department after admitting to hooking up with another officer – not her husband – at least four times inside Madison Middle School while serving as a school resource officer in May 2025, according to an Office of Professional Accountability report obtained by WKRN.com. 

Video recovered from Vidrios’ phone showed the then 37-year-old having depraved sex with the man on a couch inside her office while “kids were inside the building” and “staff [could] be heard talking outside the door,” the report stated. 

The brazen affair didn’t stop there, according to the report.

The mother of three also recorded the herself having sex inside the other officer’s police car, where they were intimate on at least two occasions while on duty, according to the report.

At least one of those kinky encounters took place in the parking lot of an abandoned hospital, it said. 

Vidrios served nine years in the US Marines Corps before joining the force.

After she and her police officer husband moved from San Diego to Music City in 2022 – when they became the first married couple to graduate from the Metro Nashville Police Training Academy together – Vidrios was hand-selected by the department to represent their graduating class. 

The platinum blonde mom was then featured in a cringe-worthy promotional video touting her family’s move. 

“I came here to Nashville with my family, and my husband included, who is also now a member of the Metro Police Department with me,” a perfectly-quaffed Vidrios said in the clip. 

“We have three children together – ages 6, 4, and 1 years old – and we love spending time as a family and doing everything we can throughout the city of Nashville,” she gushed. 

The affair came to light in May 2025 – the same month it started, Vidrios reportedly told investigators.

She and her illicit lover were immediately decommissioned and removed from all police access on May 26, 2025, when the department learned of the allegations, the MNPD told WKRN. 

At the time, Vidrios “agreed to a pre-investigative settlement for the respective allegations of violations of MNPD police,” which included conduct unbecoming of an officer and inappropriate sexual activity while on duty, according to the report. 

She agreed to a suspension for 30 days and then resigned from the force, the OPA said. 

The paramour, who was not named in the report, had been a member of the MNPD for 18 years and was last assigned to the tactical operation section, the report said.

While under investigation for the affair, he was granted an injured on duty pension in February 2026, which made investigators unable to interview him, it added. 

Vidrios’ husband was not named in the report.

Vidrios could not be reached by the Post for comment. The OPA did not immediately respond to inquiries.
