Why Paycom Center is a strong March Madness stop
Paycom Center hardly needs an explanation for why it's a prime NCAA Tournament destination.
Home to the NBA's Thunder, it's also home to the 2025 NBA Champions. Safe to say, Oklahoma City knows basketball.
When it comes to non-NBA fans, though, there's plenty of other things that make Paycom Center a prime venue. It's located in the heart of downtown OKC, just steps away from the convention center, the botanical gardens, the Oklahoma River and other outdoor parks.
The venue itself has a capacity of over 18,000 and was last updated in 2023 with a new scoreboard. Plenty of other sports and entertainment events have utilized Paycom so fans of every kind can enjoy what it has to offer.
Oklahoma City last hosted March Madness in 2016, so it's safe to say locals are ready for more college basketball action this year.
What to know before you go

There are plenty of parking garages and lots in Downtown OKC. You can purchase passes in advance on StubHub by clicking the "parking" tab at the top of the page. Doors open approximately 90 minutes before games.
Because Paycom is a cashless facility, only cards and mobile payments are acceptable. Cash can be exchanged for a prepaid card at Reverse ATMs around the arena.
Additionally, bags must be smaller than 6"x9"x2" to be allowed into the arena, including clear bags.
