Manifest destiny: George Kittle secures $76M deal and wife says he called It

George Kittle’s future with the San Francisco 49ers is officially locked in, and if you ask his wife Claire, he saw it coming all along.

Fresh off a four-year, $76.4 million extension with $40 million guaranteed, the All-Pro tight end is cashing in on his elite performance with a contract that makes him the highest-paid tight end in the NFL.

And all it took was a little manifesting magic.

“Beyond proud of you @gkittle,” Claire wrote on Instagram, sharing a few celebratory photos of the couple. "You’ve manifested this.”

“The Peoples TE is back again!”

The post quickly garnered nearly 60,000 likes with fans sharing their enthusiasm in the comments. “Congratulations! Well deserved. So happy for the both of you. Selfishly we get you in the Bay for four more years,” wrote one user, while another posted, “SO well deserved!! We love our TE.”

Known as one of the NFL’s most dominant and beloved tight ends, Kittle has been a key piece of the 49ers' offense since being drafted in the fifth round in 2017.

This latest extension was the result of ongoing negotiations between Kittle’s camp and the 49ers front office, ensuring that one of their most consistent playmakers remains in the red and gold through 2029.

Kittle previously signed a five-year, $75 million deal in 2020 that made him the highest-paid tight end at the time. This new contract further cements his status as a franchise fixture — and, apparently, a master of manifestation.
