Manchester United wrap up their preparations for the 2026/27 Premier League season with a friendly against AC Milan in Wroclaw, Poland on Saturday.

Michael Carrick has overseen five warm-up games so far, most recently a 1-1 midweek draw with Leeds United in Dublin, ahead of his first full season at the helm.

Carrick was appointed, initially on an interim basis, midway through last season when Ruben Amorim was relieved of his duties. 

Amorim is now in charge of Milan and there is plenty of intrigue around this reunion, not least because Marcus Rashford is set to feature in United colours for the first time in over a year and a half.

The England attacker was loaned first to Aston Villa and then to Barcelona as he was frozen out of Amorim's ultimately doomed plans at Old Trafford.
