Bill Apter compares popular WWE star to Charlotte Flair
Legendary wrestling journalist Bill Apter recently compared Alpha Academy's Maxxine Dupri to Charlotte Flair.
Maxxine Dupri had an impressive showing against Becky Lynch on the October 20 edition of WWE RAW but was unable to capture the Women's Intercontinental Championship. Lynch got herself disqualified during the match to retain her title.
Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW show, Apter praised Dupri and suggested that she could reach the level of Flair if she continued to work on her craft.
"She flubbed a few spots. But I forgive her for that. I think she looked fabulous. I think her ring work has improved incredibly. You could hear the fans, when the commercials were done, yelling out, 'This is awesome, this is awesome.' They put on one hell of a match. I predict she could, a long way down the road, she looks like her at times, to become on the level of a Charlotte Flair. I really think she can get there," said Apter.i am incredibly high on Maxxine Dupri rn. so much improvement and potential
It will be interesting to see which team walks out of tonight's episode of WWE RAW as the reigning Women's Tag Team Champions.
