Major WWE couple finally marries after 7 years of dating

There are a number of WWE couples operating in the company at present, but many won't make it down the aisle.

For every story like Montez Ford and Bianca Belair or Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch there are also couples like Tiffany Stratton and Ludwig Kaiser who don't make it through the long days and the hectic travel schedule.

One couple who has made it down the aisle is Women's Intercontinental Champion Maxxine Dupri and her NXT superstar partner, Anthony Luke.

Dupri and Luke have been dating since 2018, and after weeks of pushing toward their wedding, they finally got married today.

This comes just days before Maxxine is due to defend her Women's Championship against Becky Lynch on WWE RAW on Monday.

This means that it's unlikely the couple will be going on a honeymoon anytime soon, unless she loses the title to Lynch.

Will Maxxine Dupri come out on top on WWE RAW?

This weeks' episode of RAW is both the Netflix anniversary show and a crossover event with Stranger Things. This means that there will be a lot of eyes on the show and pressure on Maxxine Dupri.

She has only been part of the main roster for a few years and started training in the ring in recent months. Natalya has been able to reshape her in the dungeon and it seems that she is now in prime position to become a major WWE star.

Becky Lynch has already lost to her numerous times so she needs to bring her A-Game to RAW if she hopes to overcome Lynch again.

Becky is a veteran, grand slam champion and widely considered one of the best in the world which means that Dupri has a tough task ahead of her if she is hoping to walk out with her title.
