The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.
Peters appeared before a judge earlier Sunday, cops said.
He posted a video on his Instagram story late Sunday of himself walking through a parking lot carrying a clear baggie of items in the same all-black outfit he wore for his mugshot.
“Getting a 25 thousand dollar bond and 2 felony charges for being inside of a bar is insane. Straight up political persecution,” Peters whined on X late Saturday.
Court records confirming the bond amount were not immediately available.
