Livvy Dunne is adding an extra step to her workout — spending time in the sauna. The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model gave her 8 million TikTok followers a glimpse into her post-workout routine.

In a clip posted on Friday, May 23, Dunne lip-syncs to a Travis Scott song while showing off her blue-lit sauna in the background.

The LSU alum donned a fitted white tank top layered over a black sports bra. With her hair slicked back into a ponytail, she appears to be makeup-free — aside from her naturally flushed cheeks from the workout.

Although Dunne has retired from gymnastics, she still prioritizes hitting the gym. Earlier this month, she appeared on the first episode of Strong Like with Women’s Health to share her intense fitness routine.

“My current fitness goal is healing, but also getting back to where I once was,” she told the outlet.

Dunne credits strength training for helping her maintain her toned physique. “It helps so much — not only in my gymnastics career but also in my everyday life. It empowers me and makes me feel strong and confident.”

As for her specific routine, she revealed it usually starts with a treadmill warm-up, followed by ab-focused moves like triceps v-ups, plank with hip taps and hanging leg lifts.

It’s clear Dunne is focused on her overall health and staying motivated. “It’s all about how you feel, rather than PRing,” she said. “When you feel strong, you know it.”
