Olivia “Livvy” Dunne wasn’t finished poking fun at the bromance between her boyfriend, Pirates superstar Paul Skenes, and his Team USA teammate Bobby Witt Jr.

The 23-year-old Skenes posted a selfie on Instagram with some of his Team USA teammates on the bus to loanDepot park for Tuesday’s World Baseball Classic final, with Witt seated next to him.

“Me and some friends off to work,” Skenes captioned the post.

Dunne, 23, quickly seized the moment and made a joke in the comments.

“Very cool thanks for sharing,” she wrote in one comment.

“Let’s face it I’ve been replaced by Bobby,” she also joked.

Skenes and Dunne have been together since they both attended LSU.

Dunne was a star gymnast for the Tigers, while Skenes was their ace pitcher.

All of the fun started last week when Skenes’ reaction to an impressive defensive play by Witt during the United States’ pool play win over Mexico went viral.

The often-reserved Skenes had a noticeable smirk on his face while watching the diving snag and throw by Witt, as the pitcher showed more emotion than when he won the National League Rookie of the Year in 2024.

Dunne had fun with the Witt moment, posting her own take on the popular “distracted boyfriend” meme on her social media account.

In it, Dunne added Skenes’ head on the “distracted boyfriend” with him smiling at a person with Witt’s face edited on.

She made herself the woman holding Skenes’ hand as his wondering eye looked elsewhere.

Both Skenes and Dunne have been in the headlines recently.

The pitcher had a strong showing at the World Baseball Classic, recording a 1.08 ERA in two starts for Team USA while striking out nine batters.

It was announced last week that Dunne had been cast in a recurring role on the “Baywatch” reboot on Fox, and on Tuesday, Dunne posted images of herself going through “lifeguard training.”
