It’s safe to say that Liverpool are in the midst of a transitional period, with the likes of cornerstone figures like Mo Salah and Andy Robertson moving on, as well as the recent parting of ways with head coach Arne Slot; things are changing at Anfield.
Another potential exit for The Reds
🚨 Inter keep working on Curtis Jones deal as negotiations continue.
He was top target in January and still top of Inter list for the midfield. ⚫️🔵

It appears that the aforementioned moves aren’t the only ones to take place, as it appears that Curtis Jones could be on his way out as well. As reported by Fabrizio Romano, the Englishman is being targeted by Italian side Inter Milan, with the team’s bid of € 20 million not being enough for Liverpool to make it happen.
Jones featured in 49 games for The Reds last season, ending the campaign with three goals and three assists to his name. Both metrics were down from what the Englishman was producing in Liverpool’s title-winning campaign in 2024-25, but he’s still played a huge part in the team’s Champions League qualification.
According to Romano, Inter Milan appears to be a side that the 25-year-old is keen on joining, which isn’t tough to imagine as to why, as they’re the reigning Scudetto winners and are set to partake once again in continental football.
Jones would be joining quite the stacked squad at the San Siro, as Inter Milan’s current midfield is home to the likes of Federico Dimarco and Nicolo Barella, while their forward line holds Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram.
If Jones is to move on from Merseyside, it’d bring an end to what has been a nine-season stint with the Reds, a period of time in which he’s won two Premier Leagues, two Carabao Cups, and an FA Cup, among other accomplishments.
